The Gemstones are eight weeks old and what a fantastic week they have had. Onyx, Jade and Ruby are all super confident kittens who are really enjoying charging around my house and burning off all the energy they are storing while eating me out of house and home. Next week will be a new experience for them as they will be going to the vets for a health check and their first inoculations. I've said this before many times but when I take my babies to the vets I realize that the time is flying by and they will be ready to leave me all too soon. This is a sad but happy time for me as on the one hand I know I only have a few weeks left with them but on the other hand I am proud that I have such lovely healthy kittens who are very soon about to meet their new families.
